Akira's Stand-Out 2012 Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Australia Show

Akira Isogawa has always been the innovator and leader in Australian fashion so it was no surprise that his return to Australian Fashion Week after a period of absence was going to be with a big bang. Held at the box, Akira needed no runway to display his beautiful creations and captivate the entire room with his designs proving the most popular at the box yet. His attention to detail, flawless techniques and unique designs were evident in a collection that had all jaws dropped. Akira's Resort 2013 range meddled with white and primary colours alongside textural architecture and patterns, only he can create coral out of material and a cloud hood. The oriental feel was clear, along with an ere of luxury, femininity, art and individuality.
