Sporty Fever

Although Olympics fever is over it didn't fail to inspire me to boost a barely existent fitness routine before my trip to New York Fashion Week tomorrow. In conjunction with the Olympics, The Iconic newly launched their sports section via a breakfast at the Ivy! We were treated to some new workout wear and a motivational fitness talk by celebrity trainer Neil Russell. Feeling invigorated I left ready to Zumba my way to NYC....wishful thinking. Instead here is the fashion result, a fun sporty shoot! To feel less guilty for my laziness and the amount of food I will be enjoying over in NYC, I tried a 5-day detox recommended by Roxy Jacenko of Sweaty Betty PR. If you're thinking a smoothie a day and water, please....I wouldn't last an hour! It was delicious gourmet food from Dietlicious which left me energised and skin-glowing ready for the stylish travel adventures that lie ahead.
