If you haven't already picked up on it, the pointed pump is back and here to stay. Elegant, demure, and classic, a pair of pumps will effortlessly carry you from day to night in style. That's one of my favourite things about the return of the pointed pump, it's so easy. Plus, I'm sure your feet will be in heaven hearing this news, the lower heel is making a comeback so be sure to leave those sky high heels in 2012. Whether its with a pencil skirt, jeans or a fancy frock, the pointed pump is quickly becoming an Autumn / Winter must-have next season.

  3. Oh I think I've always considered them a shoe closet staple rather than a trend as such. Great pics & Happy New Year!

    1. A good pump is always a closet staple, out with the rounded toe though and in with the point! :) x

  7. Good news. Pointed pumps always dress up an outfit. The rounded toe while great does not have that fashion edge.

  9. Love the choices. The Phillip Lim is my favourite. The red and white check one looks fun but don'd know if I would be bold enough to wear it.
